Here are some pictures of an item recently seen for sale on Ebay.

Again, we know little about it but it appears to be a receiver designed to be fitted in a police vehicle.

As you can see, the dial indicates a tuning range of at least 145 - 155 but it doesn't say whether it's Metres or MHz

so it could be either MF/HF or VHF.
